The beautiful Old Port was especially striking in the rays of the setting sun. It left an amazing impression and offered lots of inspiration for photography.

I worked for my money without anyone's help, and I know what it is worth. So when I asked about the price of a second apartment, the salesperson joked, “When I walk into a Ferrari showroom, do I ask how much the car costs?” I had to figure everything out for myself. I was left feeling dismissed, probably because of my age, even though I wanted to buy several apartments that I don't consider cheap. The sales staff don't know who's on the other end of the phone or how they got what they have. They should keep those judgments and jokes to themselves. That's why I'm giving one star, and I recommend taking a closer look at the salespeople.

It should be a lovely place to live before long.

Upper-floor residents should get lovely views of Mill Island and the Opera Nova. The project is a shared two-level parking garage and an apartment building with seven stairwells and around 300 units, from roughly 40 to over 100 square meters. The stairwells will range from four to eleven floors.
