I booked the apartment for the wrong date by mistake. About an hour later, I contacted the owner to cancel or move it to the correct day. The reply was a strange explanation that the booking was the issue and that the property only got a small share of the fee through the app, which isn’t true. I then sent a formal request through booking to cancel and get at least a partial refund. The owner refused, though they could have agreed, and said it wasn’t an option. After our first call, communication stopped. They didn’t answer calls or messages. All it would have taken was a human response to an honest mistake and an attempt to share the costs, since I wouldn’t be using the property. Instead, greed won. I don’t recommend it.

Lidl and Biedronka are nearby, and it’s easy to get to Gliwice. We also had great communication with the owner and paid a reasonable price. The apartment itself was stylish, spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a practical layout. The kitchenette was fully equipped, and the bathroom had towels, a hairdryer, and toiletries. If we’re in the Bytom area again, we’ll stay here. Thank you.

The location is great, the interiors are modern, and everything was spotless. The service was very friendly too. I recommend it to everyone.
