Waterside Resort

After booking through a third party two months ahead, we arrived to find they had no record of our reservation. If you book through travelist.pl or a similar site, I strongly recommend confirming it, because if they’re full they may send you to a dump of a room on the far side of town. Our backup room had vomit on the curtains, a broken TV, beds and sofas that looked like they’d come from the garbage, and a bathroom that was funky at best. The actual hotel was nice, but we only got there after spending a few hot days and nights in that backup room.

The food was delicious, with plenty of variety, and the fresh, fragrant towels and linens were a welcome touch. Our room was spacious, modern, and carefully equipped, and the cleanliness was a real plus. The waterfront setting gave us picturesque views each morning and evening. From the start, the staff’s professional, welcoming atmosphere made us feel at home. The owners clearly care about guest comfort. It’s a wonderful place to relax, and we’ll definitely return to Waterside Resort.

There’s plenty to do here, with a playroom, pool, playground, and barbecue, and the surroundings have a lovely atmosphere. The hotel is by the sea, with a viewing terrace nearby, plus a climbing park with exercise equipment and hammocks. It’s a pleasant, quiet area, and the owners are incredibly kind. The hotel itself is high standard, with large rooms, roomy wardrobes, and lots of space. Ground-floor rooms have a fantastic terrace, and the linens are easy to change. The food is delicious and varied, so no one goes hungry. The staff are friendly and smiling. Sunbeds, beach screens, and bicycles are available, including ones with baby carriers.

September was cooler, but the service was still excellent. The food was wonderful, and the staff were polite and very helpful. We had lovely evenings, with an atmospheric barbecue and a sweet table. Absolutely!
