Jaworowa Chata

The kitchen and dining room have everything we needed, and the service made us feel at home. We really enjoyed talking with Masza and her mother, and had a lovely weekend. The place is charming and peaceful, yet the city center is an easy walk along the Vistula River. Our room was very clean and finished to a high standard for a great price. We’ll definitely return to Wisła.

The hostess was pleasant, which was one bright spot. But the rooms were in the basement despite being meant to be on the ground floor, and they had low ceilings and a damp, moldy smell. There was mold all over the bathroom. The pool shown in the photos wasn’t there, though the artificial grass was, and the playground was dirty. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

There’s plenty of parking, and you can use Wi-Fi throughout the building and outside. The shared kitchen has what you need, with a Lidl a short walk away for groceries. In the evening, the large gazebo with its big barbecue is a nice place to unwind. My room was clean and equipped well, and the bathroom was clean too. The beds deserve special mention: thick, comfortable mattresses, as good as a 5-star hotel in that respect. For the price, I think the quality is 5-star. I had a very enjoyable stay at Jaworowa Chata.

The owners and property manager Natalia were incredibly warm and friendly. The neighborhood is quiet, green, and tidy, and the market square is under a 10-minute walk away. Rooms were spotless, well looked after, and had comfortable beds with crisp linens. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, spices, and more. There’s also a gazebo for an evening barbecue or relaxing on the loungers, plus a trampoline, swing, and playground for kids. I’d gladly recommend Jaworowa Chata.
