Really nice apartment, and it was clean.

We found the Grosik apartment at Dworcowa 18/1a, Duszniki Zdrój, a handy base for hikes. It was spacious, tidy, and had what we needed to cook and relax after being out all day. The area was quiet, and having a little outdoor seating spot plus parking right by the entrance was a real bonus. The owner was kind and ready to help. Just to clarify, the owner has several apartments called Grosik.

The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms, and the kids had toys and board games to keep them busy. It was spotless, carefully put together, and decorated beautifully for the holidays. The owner was easy to reach and clearly cared about her guests. It’s also well placed for the city center, spa park, and restaurants, with the road to Zieleniec right there for skiers. We’d happily recommend it.

Communication with the owner was great, and the apartment works well as a base for hiking or skiing. Inside, the kitchen had plenty of equipment, the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. I’d recommend staying here.

The place feels modern, with a large living room, TV, and fireplace, and the location is great. Service was friendly and efficient. My one gripe: the mattresses are soft.
