We paid the full price for the advertised “tropical” experience at Jan’s Kazimierz Terms, but several facilities were closed, and that wasn’t explained when the receptionist sold us the tickets. Only one sauna was operating, and its area’s showers didn’t work. The women’s restroom was shut, so female guests had to go through the men’s area to use facilities. The half swimming pool facilities were closed as well. We expected access to everything advertised. What we got fell far short, and the way it was presented was misleading and unacceptable.

Swimming with a view over Spa Park is so relaxing, with all that greenery around. The wellness area has good dry and steam saunas, and the jacuzzi is a lovely extra. A wonderful spot to unwind.

For the price, this is very good value. The property is being renovated bit by bit, and the rooms are clean, with a mini-fridge, towels, toiletries, a bathrobe, local mineral water, Wi-Fi, and TV. The swimming pool is beautiful, and there’s a jacuzzi and sauna too. Hotel guests can use the pool from 3:00 PM, with Sunday mornings also available. It’s in a lovely spot in the spa park. Sure, someone can complain about the old shower or worn parquet, but that’s where my first point comes in: the price is good.

Hello. The pools are really poor, and there aren’t many seats. I’d get there two hours early to avoid being ignored by the headphone-wearing receptionist, along with the glares and obvious contempt. The staff should be changed. That sort of behavior is pathetic, and a place like this ought to be attracting customers.
