The room was comfortable and spacious, with a small kitchenette, a large balcony, and a lovely lake view. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, and we also enjoyed the restaurant’s tasty pizza and drinks. We chose the Valentine’s Day romantic package. It came with breakfast and dinner, unlimited use of the pool and jacuzzi area, massages, a candlelit Valentine’s dinner, and room service with Prosecco and chocolate-covered strawberries. We found the Prosecco and strawberry dessert waiting in our room. At reception, we were welcomed by smiling, friendly staff who explained everything clearly. Our 30-minute full-body relaxation massages on Valentine’s Day helped us unwind. Afterward, we had the candlelit dinner, with tables decorated beautifully for the occasion, and the food was very tasty. There were plenty of other good things about the stay. Everything was fantastic, and we’d gladly come back and recommend the place. Thanks for taking such care with the preparations! :)

We came home happy after eight lovely days, and I’d recommend the hotel. There’s ping-pong and air hockey, a children’s playroom, and extra holiday activities for kids. Those attractions change often, so it’s worth checking what’s on. The apartments are in separate buildings. Ours had a terrace and kitchenette, a spacious bathroom, and a rain shower. The towels were clean and could be changed during the stay. The pool was okay, with a raft slide and jacuzzi, though it got crowded in the evenings and could have been about two degrees warmer 😅 The staff were great throughout. Receptionists were cheerful and helpful, and a special hello to my namesake, Ms. Joanna. The cleaning ladies were kind and helpful, and the waiters did a top-notch job. There’s also a children’s corner in the restaurant. Breakfast came as a fairly large buffet with hot and cold dishes, fruit, fresh vegetables, fish, cakes, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, milk, yogurt, black pudding, sausages, toast, pancakes, crumpets, and more. They added something different each day, though most things repeated. Dinner was buffet-style too, with two soups every day and lots of hot choices: meat, fish, potatoes, rice, groats, meat-free dishes, and even sweet options such as pancakes or rice. There were also salads, cheeses, cold cuts, and cold dishes like spreads, eggs, fish, and pâtés. Plenty to choose from. I sometimes wanted more seasoning, but salt and pepper were on the tables.

The apartments have outside access, and the dining room even has a separate spot for kids so they don’t have to sit around whining at the table. The food was okay, nothing special, and I found the Jacobs coffee very average. Air hockey and similar activities are free. We stayed in the apartment building beside the main hotel. The shower was a great surprise: clean, with a big rain shower head and a handset that both worked properly. Hotel showers are often cramped, dirty, and awkward, so this one was a pleasure. There were a few maintenance issues despite the buildings being fairly new: the toilet paper holder was loose, the flush worked only when it felt like it, and the main entrance door to the building was loose too. The pool was nice, but some tiles had come off and hadn’t been fixed. Changing rooms were quite cramped.

The water park and sauna area were excellent, and my daughter loved the place. It can get too crowded in the evenings, though. Go in the morning or afternoon and you’ll nearly have it to yourself. Reception was excellent too: staff spoke German and English and took care of even small problems. We paid a reasonable extra amount for early check-in, which meant we could enjoy the water park on the day we arrived. This is a new hotel complex made up of several buildings, with new furnishings and everything working well. The rooms have small kitchenettes with enough utensils for preparing light meals, and the staff are friendly and hardworking. Good value for money overall. The on-site parking is ample but overpriced. Charging so much for hotel parking is an increasingly common bad habit in Poland. I’d rather see the cost included in the room rate, so guests know the full price of their stay.

We were two adults with children aged five and two. The rooms were modern, new, and well equipped, with a lovely balcony. The view at the back wasn’t very nice because of ongoing construction, but that happens. The hotel itself is great, and the water is close enough for an easy walk. Most places in town were closed off-season. The staff were friendly, though they didn’t speak German, so we managed with gestures. The pool was nice when it wasn’t busy, and the tire slide was great for kids five and up. Breakfast was very good for us, but the setup could be improved. There were missing cutlery, only two coffee machines, and not enough tables when everyone arrived together. Filter coffee might help, and tables could be wiped after clearing so the next guests have a clean place to sit. The play area was a plus, letting us eat in peace once the kids had finished 😁 Parking right by the entrance was convenient, but we were charged for it on arrival. That’s really uncool, it should be included in the price.
