After seven years of visiting, I still find the reception staff unhelpful and rude. The room had crumbs on the sofa when we arrived, and when we asked the cleaning staff for towels, they gave us four hand towels. The pool and beach were hard to relax at. Kids splashed me in the face in the outdoor pool, one swam into my backside as I stood up, and children at the beach kept wrecking the sandcastles I was building. There were also a lot of creepy men around. Food buffet lines get very long. At breakfast, someone leaned on me and took bread with bare hands while I was holding it. Ice cream and lemonade are really overpriced. I don't recommend this place.

The food was tasty, and the hotel is quiet and close to the beach. Its stretch of beach feels peaceful and isn't as crowded as the beaches by other hotels. The indoor play area for children is a different story. It smells bad, has no air conditioning, and the worn-out toys make it hard to stay there for long. The bar gets crowded, too. Service was average.

The beach has free loungers, and there's a big forest where you can walk your pet, both great perks. The pool works for swimming or just playing, and at night it has lovely colored lights. There are also three jacuzzis. The food was amazing, sweet and savory alike. The hotel has a huge gym with good equipment, though no air conditioning. Great place, I recommend it.

The rooms are comfortable enough for a four-star hotel, but breakfast starting at 8 a.m. is much too late. There's no coffee in the rooms, either, and the restaurant had only one working coffee machine for everyone. The Wi-Fi kept dropping, so I had to use my phone's hotspot for the whole stay.
