The staff were really nice, supportive, and, most importantly, they all spoke English. Our experience was good overall, but regular maintenance needs more attention. We booked 10 rooms, and every one had some kind of issue, such as a door lock, drainage, or lights. The staff fixed things right away, but they should be more vigilant about checking them.

Everyone here is a super host. I’ve never had hospitality this polite and welcoming anywhere else in Poland. The hotel also arranged fantastic activities that were a big hit with both the kids and adults. A truly memorable stay!

The locals speak highly of this hotel, and I can see why. It’s well maintained, the facilities are spectacular, and the staff are friendly. I couldn’t point to a single downside in how the hotel operates.

We chose the cheapest room, which was tiny, but have you seen rooms in France?) The location is great and the staff are friendly. The bathroom radiators didn’t work, so we couldn’t dry our clothes after the swimming pool. Still, we had a good stay, and it’s clear the owner is doing their best to run the place. We appreciate that :)

The room was cozy, and we enjoyed the SPA complex. There was an unusual smell in the room the whole time, but it didn’t spoil our vacation.
