The basement accommodation we got was damp and moldy, so we quickly found somewhere else to stay. Dirt, stink, and poverty, a disaster all around. The owner still hasn't returned our deposit after three years. Avoid this place. P.S. The woman making breakfast does it in the garage by the washing machine, with a cigar in her teeth.

I booked through Booking.com a month ahead, but when I arrived they had no room for me. The reception staff were rude and insulting. I barely found a hotel for the first night because they promised a room would be available the second night and said they'd compensate me. That was a lie: the same thing happened again the next day, and two of us spent two hours calling hotels during a long weekend, trying to find somewhere.

We arrived to a dirty room with used bedding and a torn couch. The TV looked like a fake. The bathroom was in the hallway, although it was supposed to be in the room, and smelled of used diapers. The shower was filthy. Parking is only promised on the website, so don't count on it. Staff pointed to a spot on a street 200 meters away. For the bill, the attitude was basically to pocket your money and get lost, tourist. I wonder what the Tax Office would say. Stay away, and pay the extra 50 PLN to enjoy your stay somewhere else. Villa Jantar, Villa Baran, Villa Koza, or maybe Villa Świnia: the owner changes names and addresses whenever it suits him. The real address of this shelter is GDAŃSK, UL. PUŁAWSKIEGO 20. WARNING! Shocking, tragic mess, with rude owners and staff. This pseudo-guesthouse is awful.

We booked two days ahead, but the boss rented the hotel to football players, leaving us with nowhere to sleep. Our 500km trip was for nothing. Two adults and two kids were left without a place in high season. This is beyond human limits. I don't recommend booking here. I'll report it to the consumer ombudsman. DO NOT BOOK!!! 0/10!!
