The room was spacious and comfortable, and the apartments are about a 10-minute walk from the city centre. The shower wasn't great for a tall person. The worst part was having no reception staff on weekends, so there was nowhere to leave our luggage.

The service was extremely poor. We emailed with a few questions about booking a room and heard nothing for a couple of days. Then we called reception, and they said they'd reply. We sent the email again as agreed, but still got no response. They don't even answer the phone.

The shared courtyard was a lovely bonus, and the apartments are really nice and well maintained. It's central, but still quiet enough at night to sleep. I'd come back.

I usually don't care much for history or museums, but this was excellent. The audio guide was great, and even six hours wasn't enough to see it all. I was still there when they were closing for the night and had to leave. Thank goodness there was a café on site, or I'd have collapsed from hunger. A must-see in Gdansk.

The location was superb, with a Žabka shop right on the corner for snacks and drinks. The bed was really soft and comfortable, the place had a modern style, and the people were nice. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a coffee machine. Free parking too. Highly recommend it, and I'll be back.
