Apartinfo Aura Apartments

We booked an “apartment with a river view,” but it actually looks onto residents’ gardens, and the photos show a completely different building. It was filthy, with scratched, dirty walls, loose wall sockets, broken lights under the cabinets and a missing front on the refrigerator. The cheapest kettle smelled strongly of plastic when boiling water. The apartment is split into two units with a shared entrance and balcony. We could hear the neighbors coming and going and every conversation, and they walked around the part of the balcony next to “our” windows. There was no privacy or comfort. The garage remote worked for one day, then we had to open the gate by hand. When we reported the mismatch, the staff ignored it. The lady only suggested sending an email, but nobody replied. I definitely don’t recommend it.

Unless you want to ruin your trip, I wouldn’t rent this den for 400 PLN a night. The photos below show the standard: dirty sheets, cobwebs in the windows, a moldy shower, general filth and a foul smell. It’s a small room, not an apartment. The owners were completely indifferent to complaints about our stay. Definitely recommended to everyone. :)

We spent a week in the apartment and were very happy 👌🏻. The keys were ready when we arrived, and we had an underground parking space. It was spotless, with clean bedding and excellent amenities: a dishwasher, induction cooktop, large shower, washing machine and dryer. There are also elevators for disabled people. Everything is close by, with ATMs and Frogs everywhere. I highly recommend it!

There were three of us, and it was a mess. You can’t really call it a room or an apartment, it’s almost like a boarding house. It’s expensive, and there’s no other way to describe it than a dormitory. You should complain to Booking. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. 😭😭😭😭😭
