Hotel Odessa

The location was good and the staff were helpful. My only issue was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms.

The restaurant food was awful. I told the waitress the soup was so salty we couldn’t eat it, and she said she hadn’t cooked it. The staff were rude and unfriendly throughout, and I wouldn’t recommend this place even at a very low price. We had booked for four people and stayed one night. There were two single beds and an uncomfortable pull-out sofa. The ceiling was so low I couldn’t even sit on the bed, and I hit my head while trying to move the sofa. I ended up sharing a bed with my 27-year-old son. In the morning, we found a pee stain on the cover. We booked for four because we wanted to stay together while we were in Poland for a funeral, not to save money. When the hotel replied, I couldn’t respond to its comment, so I’m saying again that I do not recommend this hotel. The only possible point in its favor is the beautiful surroundings. As for its rating, zero stars, maybe one for the surroundings.

There’s no lift to the upstairs rooms, so expect to carry your bags up. The rooms are comfortable enough for a short stay, though they’re a bit dated and the small windows leave them rather dark. The hotel sits beside industrial outlets, with fields behind it.
