Dom & House - Apartments Nadmorski Park

It’s a modern, well-kept osiedle in a quiet, green area. There’s a good range of facilities, including an excellent sauna, a fairly new billiards room, and a gym. A great bike path runs along the coast nearby, and the sea is a 10-minute walk away. The route to the beach goes through a pretty dirty forest, though, with bottles and other rubbish lying around. Winter can be boring here: the osiedle is small, and it sits in a rather depressing Soviet part of the city with very little to do or nearby infrastructure. I think this place suits wealthy people who want peace and comfort. Families with small children should think twice, since residents and security kept commenting on the kids’ activities, which weren’t welcomed. Some residents were unfriendly and rude for no clear reason. Maybe it was because of our nationality. I’ve traveled around the world for many years and never experienced anything like it.
