We had a lovely stay. The apartment was cozy and very clean, and the kitchen had what we needed for basic cooking. It’s a convenient spot, about a 10-minute walk from the old town, with a shop just a couple of minutes away. Check-in and checkout were fully contactless, and the owner communicated clearly and promptly, which was especially useful with our late flight arrival. Thank you!

We couldn’t manage three nights here, and our request to leave early was met with a cold, dismissive response. The staff had been friendly the previous evening, but showed no empathy or concern about what had happened. They refused compensation and even asked whether we had already left the apartment. It completely spoiled our holiday, and we wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. The trouble started when we arrived yesterday and found that the apartment wasn’t the one we’d booked. Booking.com listed a dishwasher and a sauna, but there was neither. The advertised large double bed was only about 1.20 meters wide, like a camping cot, and wasn’t comfortable for two. The property offered to move us that same evening to another apartment on the ground floor. It seemed better at first, but the bed was again just 1.20 meters wide and sagged so badly that the slats dug into your back. We couldn’t both sleep there, so my partner took the sofa while I tried the bed. Neither of us slept, and my partner woke with severe back pain that he’s still suffering from.

We had to call the police because someone kept trying to get into our apartment for almost the whole night, and again in the morning. We contacted DT Apartments, but no one helped. They only responded the next day at 11 am, still couldn’t resolve it, and we had to contact AirBnb. Their handling was completely unprofessional and rude, and other reviews say the same. The place was also very dirty. A man from the opposite apartment, probably the person trying to get in, peed on the floor during the night, and it was still uncleaned the following afternoon. Don’t stay here if you want to enjoy your trip.
