We were handed keys for cheaper rooms even though we had paid more for better ones. Staff didn't care about people smoking in the halls or drinking in the morning, but apparently did care about some kids crying in their own rooms. The pictures don't match the motel: there's a shared shower and toilet, and little else that's good. At night you hear yelling and cars playing loud music. It's a bad motel in a bad spot, with windows that won't shut properly and no curtains in some rooms. The janitors are lazy, and although the booking and motel information says they speak English and Russian, they don't. What else would you expect from the cheapest Polish motel?
A decent place if all you need during a Gdansk holiday is somewhere to sleep. It's nothing fancy, but it does the job. The staff are very kind, and there's a bus stop nearby for getting to the city centre.
The service was friendly, and communication went well despite the limited English. There's no breakfast, but that didn't bother us.
The stuff there is the cheapest and has a bit of a communist feel, but whatever, that's pretty much what you'd expect.
It's fine.
