Hilton Gdansk

The beds and lovely linen made for a very comfortable stay, and the rooms were spacious and really clean. We ate at the hotel a few times and thought the food was excellent, with great attention to detail. The staff were so friendly and attentive that we could just relax and enjoy the atmosphere. It’s also ideally placed for reaching the local sights on foot, with everything in the city a short walk away.

We were a group planning to go down, and the help Beata Skwarzec gave us before the trip was unbeatable. Once at the hotel, everyone was nice, from the cleaners to the breakfast staff. The rooms are big and quiet, the spa is good, and the hotel is in the best spot in Gdansk. Breakfast has everything and more, including the option to make your own juice or order a personal omelette. We’re completely satisfied with both the hotel and the staff service, and will be back soon.

Being in the heart of Old Town at Targ Rybny, with the Motława River nearby, makes it easy to reach places like the 15th-century Żuraw on foot. The main railway station and airport are also conveniently accessible, while the hotel itself feels calm. Our room was modern and elegant, and the river or city views make mornings nicer. The Wellness & Spa is a highlight, with massages, a sauna, a fitness center, and a rooftop indoor pool looking over Old Town. We enjoyed dining at Mercato, proudly recommended by Michelin, and the cocktail bar is a stylish way to end the day. This five-star hotel feels luxurious and friendly, with a lot of charm.

The staff really made the stay for me. They were warm, professional, and attentive, which made everything feel easy and special. The hotel is in a very convenient part of Gdansk, and my room was comfortable, peaceful, and had a great view. The food was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented, just right after traveling or for a birthday celebration like mine 🎂. Location, service, comfort, and views were all spot on. I’d gladly return and recommend it.
