The nice decor is a decoy, don't be fooled. We had daily trouble with the door code and sometimes waited hours for anyone to sort it out. Even after getting several codes, we still couldn't get in. We asked strangers in adjoining rooms to try the code too, with no luck. There's no fire assembly instruction anywhere, and the fire escape stair door was locked. In other words, you'd fry. That's quite worrying.

I wholeheartedly DO NOT recommend this apartment right now. Although it makes a good first impression, several problems create a really negative stay, and the reviews on Booking.com match what I experienced. The shower area is badly worn, the drainage is damaged and causes a terrible bathroom smell, and the curtains don't work. Electrical sockets stick out of the walls, with broken housings. The only elevator to the 16th floor sometimes gets stuck, leaving you waiting an hour or longer in an unventilated car. Taking the stairs is also difficult because you have to use a different stairwell and need a key for its door. I don't understand why the owners leave these few issues unfixed and risk negative reviews. A little effort and a few zlotys could sort them out.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the apartments were modern, clean, and well kept. You also get beautiful views across all of Gdańsk. I highly recommend them!

Everything you need is there, and the apartment is well located. I recommend it.
