I booked through Booking.com on 20.08.23 for two nights starting 26.08.23. At 14:56 the next day, the landlord messaged to cancel, saying someone on Airbnb had booked the apartment on 20.08.23 before me. That explanation seemed unfair, since on 21.08.23 at 12:13 he had asked for my email and promised check-in instructions. I canceled through Booking.com myself, taking a small loss because of the bank transfer. The landlord told Booking.com there were technical problems at the property, but that wasn’t true: I checked, and the apartment was available from 08/26/23, though only for stays of at least three nights. I needed two nights. Why mislead customers during booking and blame another Airbnb guest? It spoiled the short vacation for me and my family.

Modern apartments with great balconies. It took us a while to get into ours, and communication wasn’t 100% good. Still, we had a few nights in the city of GDANSK and I’d recommend it.

Don’t trust them. They asked for full prepayment, then canceled the booking at the last minute. The worst experience ever.

We loved our stay. The apartment is amazing, and the location makes it a very short walk into the heart of Gdansk. Definitely recommend it.

The owners were easygoing and pleasant. The apartment is stylish and very comfortable, in a new building and a great location.
