Think twice before staying here. My contract at noli studios clearly said laundry room use was included in the payment, and there are no washing machines in the studios. Today, without any warning, the company made all the machines paid. Each wash now costs 9zl, which is crazy. It makes it hard to trust what they say or put in their contracts.

The constant cooking smells in my apartment have worn me down. It feels as if someone is cooking in my room. Yesterday, after 1 a.m., an awful smell kept me awake. Even with the balcony open, it stayed until morning. I spent the whole summer with the balcony open, and now that it's cold, this is even more frustrating. The shared laundry has been unpleasant too, and I've tried to use it as little as possible. Once I found dirt in the dryer after putting in my freshly washed clothes. It was disgusting. Now management says we have to pay for this poorly organized service. They told people that shared laundry was included in the rent, then started charging for it after we moved in. People can't just leave without paying a 2000-euro fee. Brilliant idea. I'd leave tomorrow if that penalty weren't in my contract. All of this has seriously affected my mental state. I'm exhausted and frustrated.

They came into my room several times in October without permission or notice. After what can be seen in the photos, I moved out because of several contract breaches. They haven't returned my deposit and are ignoring my messages. It feels like outright theft. I reported silverfish and was told to move to another room, but it was too small. I clearly said I didn't agree to disinfestation and would handle it myself, yet they arranged it anyway and said I'd have to pay if I cancelled. They repeatedly told me I didn't need to empty the closets. When I came back, my room was trashed and my belongings were scattered everywhere, as shown in the photo. Management hasn't responded or taken responsibility. Instead, they told me not to tell others about it. They charge full rent with zero accountability. Do not get a room in this building!!!!!!!

When I was looking for a place to move into, they presented the long-stay hotel concept with promises of free monthly cleaning and free laundry. These people are very money-minded. The building manager thinks we're idiots and is extremely arrogant, as if his nonsense arguments make sense. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE. They'll keep adding costs after you've moved in!
