The river and city centre are both close by, so the location worked perfectly.

We expected basic comfort for the price, but the apartment fell well short, and I'm deeply disappointed. There was nowhere to park: the street spaces marked as available were taken by illegally parked cars. The place itself was in poor shape, with a dirty dishwasher, no coffee capsules, unfinished plaster on the walls, peeling ceiling paint, and a dirty balcony. Even getting the key was a hassle from the start, since the app I had to download kept showing an error. The apartment was meant to be ready at 3:00 PM, yet the cleaner was still there at 3:50 PM. We weren't looking for luxury, but there was hardly any comfort.

The balcony view was breathtaking, and we had a fantastic stay. Inside, the apartment was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. The location was just right too. I'd happily come back and recommend it.

There was also a problem with the elevator. For parking, they tell you to leave the car wherever you like, then you end up running around and arguing with other people. Call ahead and ask where the parking space actually is.
