Radisson Hotel and Apartments Gdansk

We had a standard room without breakfast on Tuesday afternoon, 2026.6.2. When I asked Ola about the swimming pool, we were upgraded for free to a studio that included the Spa, including the swimming pool. The hotel has lots of thoughtful touches: amber decorations in several places, parking access from the lobby, and a cool lemon water drink while you wait to check in. The studio had a coffee machine, kettle and ironing equipment. There are two downsides. The information below says parking is free, but it costs 140 PLN for each 24-hour period, about 33 EUR. The EV charging station had also been discontinued. The hotel is extremely good, and I’ll definitely return here or choose another Radisson 4* hotel.

Breakfast was worth every zloty, with a huge selection and excellent presentation. The hotel is new and spotless, right in the heart of the city, with very friendly staff. Our room was lovely and spacious enough for two, and I appreciated that the windows opened. There are nice little perks too: if you asked by 12:00 to skip room cleaning the next day, you just hung a bag on the door handle. Special thanks to Tatiana at reception for helping in a rather unpredictable situation. The one drawback was insufficient soundproofing. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

The location is hard to beat, and breakfast had plenty to choose from, though the room was so crowded it could use a bigger buffet area. The spa was a letdown: small, packed with kids, and not relaxing. The massage was really good, at least. Rooms were fine, but the beds felt rock hard and I slept badly. Just an okay hotel for me.

The spa was a lovely place to unwind on a cold, rainy afternoon, with a heated pool, jacuzzi, and saunas. I also found the staff genuinely warm and helpful. I skipped breakfast, though the selection I saw looked great. Getting around was so easy: the hotel is across from the Old Town, about a three-minute walk, with restaurants, cafés, bars, and supermarkets all around. My Superior Room with Spa Access was spacious, quiet, and modern, with nice tech features. The shower had great pressure and a lovely design, and the heated floor was a treat. The bed was wonderfully comfortable after long days walking. I had a great stay and would happily come back.
