Sadova by Downtown Apartments

The apartments are nice, but getting to the underground parking is quite a workout. Guests don't get keys for the garage door, so you have to run up and down the building stairs to open the gate from inside and reach your space. You'll also get to chat with any drivers you've blocked from coming in. I wouldn't suggest it to introverts, since that could lead to arguments. Great if you're looking to lose weight, though! Definitely suited to athletic people.

The room itself was great, but we were sharing the apartment with someone in the other room, and their noise made it hard to sleep. My boyfriend had to haul a 30kg suitcase up to the fourth, or maybe fifth, floor because the elevator wasn't working. The building's basement had flooded before, and the smell when you walked in was awful and unbearable. We thought the fee on Booking.com included a deposit, but it didn't, and we got no refund. I would never have paid that much for a night there.

I rented an apartment on Toruńska Street and was unhappy as a customer because Downtown Apartments didn't honor the offer and contract terms. Their service is poor, so I'm not surprised they don't respond when guests break curfew, party, and disturb others. I can't recommend working with them.

A pleasant, modern apartment that's well equipped, in a good location, with friendly service.
