I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were warm and friendly, and Dawid was especially kind and helpful. My single room was elegant and quiet, with a good setup for relaxing or working on a laptop, so it would suit a business trip too. The location is excellent, just a few hundred metres from the market square in Gliwice city centre. There's a bus stop steps away and lots of restaurants nearby. I'd have liked a second pillow, though that's just my preference, and some body lotion in the bathroom 🙃. Breakfast is served in the restaurant, which opens again from 5 pm to 11 pm.

I arranged for an international school of about 50 participants in Gliwice, and everyone stayed at this hotel. The staff were all kind and helpful, and everything was handled professionally, with a warm Polish welcome. My sincere thanks to Aleksandra, the hotel manager, who made our stay perfect. The hotel is very well located, the rooms are nice and clean, and the food is excellent. I truly recommend it.

The food is tasty, breakfast has plenty of variety, and the staff are polite. Our room was tidy and very well equipped. There are still and fizzy water dispensers in the corridors. I can't find anything bad to say about the hotel, and I'd come back!

The breakfast was amazing, and check-in went smoothly with friendly staff. It was a bit pricey, but I paid the price :)

We got a lunch box for our early start, with a really nice sandwich, Actimel, an apple, water, and other food. Restaurant staff were very polite, while the receptionists were lovely and quick. The food overall was great, and breakfast especially good. Everything was clean and tidy. They have filtered water machines in the corridors and glass bottles in the rooms. Our standard double was nice, but small enough that we could hear noise from other rooms, which is why I'm giving four stars.
