HelApart - Casa Baia

The office staff were warm and helpful, and communication by phone was pleasant, though it would’ve been nice to speak in person. They left coffee, water, and Raffaello as a thoughtful welcome. BlueApart Casa Baia Hel, apartment no. 16, is on the second floor, with views partly over the church garden and park and partly over the city and bay. It’s easy to get around since everything is nearby, and there’s an elevator and an underground parking space. The apartment was spotless and well kept, with enough for a longer stay: a separate bedroom with a comfortable bed, a roomy sofa in the living area, plenty of cupboards and wardrobes, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, large fridge, and all the utensils. There’s also a spacious bathroom with a large shower, washing machine, and hot water. The furnished balcony is a real plus, as are the two large TVs. I’d recommend the office and these apartments.

It’s a pleasant place and close to everything. The rooms are comfortable, and the kitchen was very clean and had plenty of equipment. There were a few things that could use attention, like the seals coming loose from the entrance door. They also ask guests to sort the garbage, so having separate bins in the kitchen would make that easier.
