It could be a lot better. The key handover arrangement is odd: you have to go somewhere other than the place you booked, which seems pointless. In the apartment, the big TV is in a tiny bedroom instead of the living room, and there’s no basic explanation for how to use the kitchen appliances. You have to let many liters of water run before hot water reaches the bathroom or kitchen, and the bathroom heating doesn’t work.

The room was clean, though the balcony was dirty when we stayed over the May Day weekend. I’d strongly recommend room no. 14.
