Leśny Zakątek

A quiet place with several camper spots and five cottages. The housekeeper was very pleasant. It also makes a good base for trips to Hel and Gdansk.

Of the six campervan sites we’ve stayed at on our road trip through Poland, this one is our favorite. The sanitary facilities seem almost brand new and are spotless, and water and electricity are included. It’s peaceful, with lots of play and sports options for the kids. The Wi-Fi is faster than at any of the other sites we’ve visited.

The host’s smoked fish was top-notch, and there’s plenty of space for football, volleyball, and barbecues. It’s very quiet, which suited us better than nightlife, and we knew before arriving that you have to walk a bit to reach the sea, so bikes are a good idea. Our rooms were very clean and well equipped. The hosts were kind and helpful, with advice on what to see, how to get there, and how to reach the beach. A great place for families with children, highly recommended.

I wasn’t sure at first about choosing cottages away from the sea, but Leśny Zakątek turned out to be a great choice. The cottages have a lovely feel and are clean, well kept, and fairly well equipped. The fenced grounds have a playground, swings, a soccer net and goals, plus a big covered gazebo with coloring books and crayons. The owners are so welcoming, helpful, and kind. Mr. Sławek (the owner) smokes fresh mackerel, which you can try there or ask to have vacuum-packed to take along. Thanks for such a wonderful stay! Best wishes to Mr. Sławek and his wife!
