Dom w Dolinie

The garden has a wonderful view of the Rudawy and Karkonosze Mountains from the upper level, and after a day hiking we liked gathering in the kitchen or by the fireplace. The house is simply but creatively furnished, cosy, and very clean, including the rooms and bathrooms. Our group of about twelve was welcomed warmly by the hosts, and the place has play areas for children as well as a traditional bonfire where you can share sausages. It’s also very dog-friendly. My dog was happy there, and so were all of us. We highly recommend it!

From the upper terrace, the garden looks out toward the nearby Karkonosze Mountains, with Mount Śnieżka rising above them. Our group of around a dozen felt at home at Dom w Dolinie (House in the Valley), thanks to the welcoming hosts and the house’s cosy, simple furnishings. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable, and after mountain walks the fireplace living room and kitchen are lovely places to spend time together. You can also sit around a traditional campfire in the garden. There are play areas for children, and dogs are welcome. We all had a really enjoyable stay and highly recommend it.

You can feel the hosts’ spirit throughout this special place. It has what active travellers and people after a restful mountain break might want, from the atmosphere and service to the amenities and things to do. Highly recommend it.

We found it peaceful and full of family atmosphere, with a view from the window of Śnieżka and Sokolik Mountains. The place was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the owner was helpful and friendly. It’s also close to the interesting spots in the Rudawy Janowickie Mountains. We highly recommend it.
