The rooms are spacious, airy and bright, with good appointments, and the staff were very helpful. The accommodation is split between two beautifully restored properties, set in their own secure grounds behind an automatic gate. There are four dogs roaming freely around the grounds. They're friendly, but if you don't like dogs, this may not be the place for you. A reasonable pizza, pasta and burger restaurant is about 600m away on foot. To find the property, turn left down Rudawska and go straight for 60m until you see the big wooden gate. And it's run by some extremely attractive young ladies!

The garden is lovely, the location is very good, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There's also a huge shared kitchen with plenty of equipment. But take note of the problems: the owner doesn't manage the schedule, and even with an advance booking there may be no room. Dogs run around the property, and two of them are quite aggressive. The garden has extras like a barbecue and trampoline, but I wouldn't let a child play there alone. During my stay, dogs bit an adult. I strongly suggest reconsidering your reservation.

The area is quiet and intimate, yet Cieplice is nearby, just a 10-minute walk away. It's a charming location with a large fenced property, plenty of closet space and good equipment. The rooms look bigger in the photos than they really are, though they're not small. Staff communicated well and arranged reservations and details by phone, and the host was very helpful. The ground-floor kitchen is well equipped, even with basic spices. The rooms are warm, but you have to let the shower run for a while before the water gets hot. There are dogs on the property, but they're harmless and can be separated if requested.
