Great Polonia Jelenia Góra City Center

I got a positive decision on my trc application today. Thanks to migrant expert, and especially lawyer Elvira, for helping me.

The location is amazing, and the staff are friendly. The parking is a short walk away, though manageable. I also really liked the complimentary snacks and drinks available around the clock. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and the bedding and pillows were excellent. The mattress could be better, but it was good value overall.

The staff were lovely and happy to help with whatever we needed. Since I was pregnant and there was no lift, they gave us a lower-floor room that also seemed bigger than the one we originally booked. They offered to bring breakfast to the room and helped print and copy documents without any trouble. The free buffet is open 24 hours, with drinks, yogurt, and snacks, which is a great idea. The room had no hairdryer and only one body-and-hair gel sachet per person. They probably could have helped at reception, but we managed since we were only staying one night. The location was good too.

Breakfast was fine, and the girls running the service were good, with no complaints there. The room and bathroom were another matter and didn't feel like three-star service. There was no wardrobe or chest of drawers, and the tiny bathroom had a sink smaller than my hand that was unusable. I've never seen one so small. The shower water came out weakly, and its soap dish was blackened, perhaps rusty, and unpleasant.
