Hotel Mikołajki Resort & Spa

We spent three full days here as a couple. The grounds are amazing, with a private beach where you can swim in the lake, bike rental, volleyball, and more. The rooms are old and have seen better days, so it's better to get one with a balcony. WiFi in our room was bad for most of the day. The hotel is 10km from Mikolajki, which is a bit far if you need to get there.

A quiet setting that works well for walks or bike rides, and you can rent bikes at the hotel. Mikolajki town is only a few kilometers away. The green grounds are large and there's access to the water. The pool area was pleasant, the spa treatments were very nice, and the clean rooms came with a very good breakfast and a good a la carte menu. A nice 3 star hotel.

The reception desk didn't seem to understand that I have very bad asthma and wasn't planning to travel anywhere because of convid. I tried to cancel my booking, but they refused and weren't helpful about getting my money back. That showed me how poor the customer service is. In these dark times, it felt like the business mattered more than customers' safety. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I enjoyed staying here. It's a very good place to rest, and the services are very good too. The pool is very small, and the road to the hotel is a bit rough for about .2km.
