The desk staff are nice, and I still find the place charming. I've got a lot of memories here from coming back so many times, and it's peaceful and close to the sea. But I think my sentimental visits are over. We're leaving tomorrow, and I'm glad. The mattress is uncomfortable since the apartment's facelift, and the bathroom is so tiny it's hard to turn around without bumping into the toilet. Right now I'm lying in bed at Villa 4 Elements and there's a bug scurrying over the floor. I've already killed another one like it. The whole apartment feels terribly damp, maybe that's the cause, and the towels stink. I complain about cleaning every year. This time it was much cleaner, but there are other problems. Every year I have to pull the dirty dryer out of the closet from behind dirty brushes, then wash it myself so I can hang the towels, since there's no room for it in the bathroom. Basic things like that are embarrassing. The owner could stay here and see for himself what needs fixing.

Quiet, lovely and new, with high standards. Off-season prices are affordable.

For what I paid, I expected something more like an apartment. The place was dark and oppressive, so we had to switch on the lights even during the day. The furniture was falling apart, the bed was broken and the baseboards were coming away from the walls. There were cobwebs all over the lamps and in the corners. It looked like nobody had cleaned for weeks, despite the 100 PLN cleaning fee. The property itself is okay, but the price, high fees and lack of effort from the staff and cleaners left me disappointed. I won't be back.

The outdoor parking spot is a drawback, it's hard to get into when the place is full. T-Mobile 4G internet was poor too. Otherwise, the Tamara Kasztanowa 9/8 apartment, managed by BLUAPART, was clean and had everything we needed. Warm and cozy, and I would recommend it.
