The beds were comfortable, and the hotel is right by the city center. The location itself is okay, but the bathroom smelled awful and had no fan. It was hard to get the shower temperature right, and there was no shower gel. The kitchen was in bad shape too: hardly any plates or cutlery, and what was there was dirty and disgusting.

After several visits, this time I was treated like garbage. There was confusion involving Agoda, Bookingirm, and Google, and the booking date ended up wrong. They couldn't sort it out. As far as they're concerned, payment is payment, and the customer doesn't matter. I won't be back, and I won't get my money refunded.

The room they gave us was number 1, and it was nothing like the one we'd booked. We were told the booked room had a "malfunction." The beds were overly soft and uncomfortable, the bedding wasn't very clean, and the walls were dirty. The bathroom ceiling was cracked, and the blinds were barely hanging on. When we tried to move them, they broke. For compensation, we were told they "might be able to arrange breakfast for us, but we'll see about that in the morning." I don't recommend this place.
