Marina Pallatium

The marina view from our room was priceless, and the location made it easy to reach all of Kamień Pomorski’s attractions on foot. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff were dedicated and very friendly. We stayed for six days and had a lot of luggage to carry up to our second-floor room because there’s no elevator. The Wi-Fi signal also didn’t reach our room, probably because it was furthest from the router. A hallway signal booster would have been enough to fix that.

The location is great for getting to nearby attractions, and the young staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, but really tiny. I was disappointed that the coffee and refrigerator mentioned when booking weren’t there. Parking at the hotel is practically impossible in peak season, and I think the prices are a bit high for what the property offers.

Breakfast had a good variety, and anything that ran out was topped up quickly. Our room was spotless and well cared for, with comfortable beds that weren’t worn out. The bathroom was small, but clean and perfectly adequate. The staff were friendly, helpful, and motivated, always smiling and ready for a quick chat. We felt completely welcome during our lovely short break and will definitely come back.

We were all very happy with our stay, and I highly recommend the place. It’s a good base for visiting nearby sights and towns, with a generous breakfast at a reasonable price. Peak-season rates weren’t outrageous, and we even managed to agree on a deal. The staff, including the owner, were cheerful, young, energetic, and eager to help with hotel matters and more. Everything was very clean. Towels were changed quickly, or they provided garbage bags when needed. The four-person rooms are a bit narrow, but fine if you’re mainly coming to sleep. There’s no elevator, so reaching the second floor or attic means a climb, which can be challenging for young people and parents with children.
