My car broke down, so I had to stop unexpectedly. Andrzej and his family welcomed me, even though I had my dog with me, and were incredibly helpful with the car trouble. That was Polish hospitality at its best. The room was spotless and comfortable, and my dog got along great with at least one of their dogs, Zola. I also realized I’d left without paying for the final night, and I’m about to sort that out. They’ve been very relaxed about it. I’d recommend the place to anyone passing through this part of the country :)

We stopped here during a long drive from Hungary to northern Poland, and its location just off the S3 was very convenient. The hotel delivered what it promised: comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, and good food. The bathroom had a strange smell, like it hadn’t been used in a while, though it improved after a shower.

The restaurant was good, and the rooms were clean, cozy, and very nice. The hotel is in a perfect spot and has a long history. It was a German hotel before World War II.
