The spa was enough for us to unwind after long hikes, and the hotel itself is pleasant and nicely furnished. Meals in the restaurant were really tasty, and breakfast was good and filling too. The staff were kind, helpful, and very friendly. You can hear the neighbors, sometimes making… interesting sounds 😉, and the ventilation carries cooking smells around, so even on the top floor you may know what’s being made.

We had a lovely stay. The spa was very good, and the massage was among the best I’ve ever had.

We’d gladly come back to Coco Boutique. The breakfasts were a highlight, with fresh, good-quality food and plenty of choice, both sweet and savory. The staff were friendly, cheerful, and competent, and paid attention to the details throughout our stay. The pool is small and intimate, but clean and a nice place to relax after a long day. The sauna area is well kept and comfortable too. The hotel left a very good impression on us in every way. We’d recommend it to anyone after a charming hotel with a good wellness area in Karpacz.

We could bring our four-legged friend along, which was a huge plus. The staff were incredibly friendly, and getting around was easy since the stop right outside the hotel has public transportation. The location is great, and the rooms were spotless, 10 stars. The spa and restaurant were great too. Food was delicious, with breakfasts like a five-star hotel. The massage was amazing, and we have something to compare it with. We highly recommend the hotel ♥️, 20 stars out of five!
