Really nice 👍

The buffet had plenty to choose from: cold cuts, salads, something hot, sausages, fried and scrambled eggs, tasty pancakes and crumpets, espresso, fruit, and sweet pastries. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and were kind to us even after checkout. We had a wonderful holiday at Sofra, and the location was fantastic. The children loved the pool, playroom, foosball room, billiards, and the gym. Our rooms were clean and cozy, and the big tea room was a lovely place for the family to gather over coffee, books, and toys while keeping an eye on the kids. We highly recommend it.

The location was great, slightly away from things but still close to the center. Breakfast was very good and had such a wide choice that everyone should find something. The pool and saunas were okay. One thing that could be better, these days the room TVs should be smart.

The staff were unpleasant, and the price was far too high for the standard. Our room was never cleaned during the stay, and even after we asked for towels, they weren’t changed because there was no service over Easter. For such a busy period, the service should have been as good as possible. This felt much more like a health center than a hotel. There were wheelchairs in the hallways and it smelled like a hospital. I understand people come here for treatments, but the hotel should still meet hotel standards. I wouldn’t recommend it to young people unless they want the feeling of being at a spa for people aged 70 and up. Anna at reception was very unprofessional and incompetent. She said we had misunderstood what we agreed about the hotel bill, and was arrogant and rude to us. Staff should learn how to treat guests and customers properly if they want to maintain any standards.
