The accommodation is great, and the location is amazing. It also feels very secure.

At 1B Okrzei Street in Karpacz, the apartment has a large living room, two bedrooms, and a kitchenette. It’s spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The gated property has underground parking, and the location is handy for the center and other Karpacz attractions. Highly recommended.

We’ve stayed at more than a dozen guesthouses in Karpacz, and this is the best place we’ve been to. The apartments are top quality, and dogs are welcome. The underground parking is great, and the place was so clean I couldn’t find a speck of dust after walking barefoot. The staff clearly take responsibility for keeping it that way. We didn’t see the owner, though I think it was the woman we spoke with on the phone. She had a lovely voice. Congratulations, and best wishes to Lubuskie Zary. We’ll definitely return! 🤗😊

The location is convenient, with the center, restaurants, pharmacies, and shops all nearby. The neighborhood is quiet, but the apartment itself was only average. There’s no washing machine, and although there’s a dishwasher, there were no dishwasher tablets, despite the lease saying they’d be provided. A bad sewer smell kept coming from the bathroom. The shower was okay, but it isn’t anti-slip, so it’s easy to slip. The main room’s bed and mattresses were in terrible shape. The old mattresses slide sideways and leave a big gap, and I woke up with a sore back. Some furniture needs repair or replacement, as shown in the photos we took when we arrived. The bed had been freshly made, but the bedding looked dirty. I’d rate it 5 out of 10. Apartament Czekoladowy Okrzei 1B Karpacz.
