The apartment was nicely furnished and very clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. It’s in a quiet neighborhood near the city center, with a beautiful view straight onto Śnieżka Mountain from the window. The owner was kind and always helpful. We’ve been back for a while now and will definitely return.

I’m disappointed by how rudely the owner treated us. I had booked two rooms through Booking.com. She left us waiting in the rain behind a locked gate, then said the booking had been cancelled because the remaining PLN 57, which had been automatically charged to my card, hadn’t been transferred to my Booking account. I didn’t know what to do. The owner said she wasn’t getting any money from the reservation and would have to ask Booking. She had rooms available, so I paid PLN 200 for two people. I now know that Booking had transferred the money to her account. That meant she charged me twice for one night, from September 14th to September 15th, 2025. When I returned the keys, I asked for a receipt. At first she said no, but after we insisted, she gave it to me while complaining that she’d have to pay taxes on it.

The location worked really well, close to the center, a shop, and nearby hiking trails. Our room was spotless and tidy, with a fridge, kettle, and spacious wardrobe. There was also a well-equipped kitchenette, even a coffee machine. The owner was friendly and let us into our room even though we arrived well before the opening time. Someone had mentioned that towels might not be changed daily 😅, but at 85 PLN per night I wouldn’t expect that 🙃. Maybe you’d get daily cleaning for that price 😅? I was very happy with my stay, and I’d recommend it and come back. Best regards.

Everything we needed was there, and the window looked out over Mount Śnieżka. It was a quiet neighborhood with no traffic at night. The city center is a 10-minute walk away, and the toboggan run takes 15 minutes on foot. We highly recommend it.
