The views are magical, and our room was clean with a great outlook, but the grounds are small. For the price, the hotel felt very average, and breakfast was much the same, even though it was included. The staff spoke only Polish. The toilet was broken and flushed at random, and no one at reception gave us clear information about the barbecue area, which had been a key reason we chose this hotel.

We got to enjoy the sauna and pool, both clean and with fresh water, and the mountain views were beautiful from every angle. The rooms were clean, the service was perfect, and the food was amazing, definitely some of the best. It was a really nice stay, and we’ll be back.

The new building has a small pool, a sauna, and a vapor room, and all three were superb. We stayed with family and felt it was well worth it. The rooms were clean and thoughtfully laid out, with magnificent views. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had lots of choices. The food was incredible, and the friendly staff were always helpful. Next time I'm in Karpacz, I know where I'll stay.

The view is the one thing I liked here. At around $200 a night, the price felt far too high for what we got. The pool is tiny, more like a puddle, and the water was cold. The spa area wasn't ready, and the hamam didn't work at all. We even had to pay extra to use bathrobes. There wasn't a place to relax with friends. Well, there was the conference room, but it was open and, as we found out later, absolutely off limits. At New Year's, we were kicked out right when we were about to make a wish and welcome the year. I understand that it was forbidden, but they could have let us stay a little longer, until 00:10 or so. We tried asking staff how to reserve the room, but nobody gave us an answer. Booking listed meeting and banquet facilities without mentioning extra charges, yet the staff couldn't explain what those facilities were. The next morning, after we'd been sent out, a woman at reception gave us more negativity. We tried to apologize for the misunderstanding and start the year without hard feelings, but she blamed us again for acting at home by entering a forbidden room. Thanks for the hospitality. There was no New Year's program at all. Parking on the hotel grounds also cost extra, which seemed strange. Keep all this in mind when planning your trip. I'm sure you can find a more pleasant place to stay and relax.
