Dinner on the 27th floor was delicious, and the views from both the restaurant and the rooms were amazing. The reception team was courteous and helpful, especially pan Mateusz, who was ready to handle guests’ questions and requests. The hotel is conveniently placed in the city center, within walking distance of the railroad station, Voco hotel, casino, and other spots. Biedronka is just across the street for quick grocery shopping. Rooms are clean and have modern bathrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Katowice and thought it offered excellent value for money. The building is older, but inside everything was spotless. Our room was tastefully decorated and well laid out, with an incredible city view. We’ll definitely return. A couple of things could be better: there were no bathrobes or slippers in the room, and checkout coordination was a little off. The room had already been paid for when we booked, but we were charged again at checkout. The amount was refunded quickly.

I had a great stay on my last trip to Katowice, especially thanks to the fantastic front desk service. Many thanks to pani Klaudia!

The location was great, and the view from the window was pretty nice too. Our room was clean and tidy, and the reception staff were amazing. I'd happily come back.

The location made it easy to walk to lots of good places to eat, and the room itself was really nice. They told us we'd been upgraded, and based on the reservation I think we got a higher floor with a beautiful city view. The accommodation was good quality, and I enjoyed the stay. A couple of things caught me off guard: parking cost 100 zł, and breakfast wasn't included, even for an elite rewards member. The hotel offered either a 40% discount on the meal or 500 points. With the discount, I'd suggest walking a short way to a local restaurant and supporting a nearby business. These details may have been listed online or on my reservation, but I didn't notice them and might have missed them.
