Flores Apartament

The room was freezing, around 15 degrees Celsius, and the owner didn’t respond when we got in touch. We ended up staying under the covers and even thought about leaving, despite having booked two nights. It was also dirty and full of cobwebs, with awful furnishings and not even any dishes. The food basket had expired items. I wasn’t interested in that, which says something about the customer service. The staff member was rude and unfriendly. When we told her about the room’s condition, she said, “Leave now.” Don’t book this room.

I’d never come back. Three days before arrival, after I’d paid for a reservation made about two months earlier, I was told it wasn’t confirmed because of a mistake. The explanation was that the venue had supposedly sold out four months ago. That left me without anywhere to stay after the concert at the last minute. When I looked on Booking.com, I found the same room listed for 600 PLN instead of the 200 PLN per night I’d booked. If prices were going to rise because of the concert at the Silesian Stadium, they should have been changed at the time, not turned into a last-minute “mistake.” It’s not right to treat people this way.

Four days before my stay, I contacted the owner for check-in details. I’d booked through Booking a month and a half earlier, but she said there had been a mistake and my reservation was invalid because the apartment had supposedly been sold out for four months. After the booking was canceled, the apartment somehow appeared again at three times my price. Maybe the owner wanted to make more from Dawid Podsiadło's visit. There was no explanation at all. I don’t recommend this place. You could end up kissing the doorknob despite having already paid.

A lovely place for a really pleasant stay.
