The room has plates, glasses, and a kettle, which was really handy, and the beds and bathrooms were comfortable. The owner was kind. Getting here from the bus station means walking through a ravine for about 20-30 minutes. It’s a pleasant, cool walk, though the mosquitoes are a nuisance. The House under the Birches was good, and I recommend it.

The room was tastefully furnished and had a kettle, plates, cups, cutlery, and wine glasses, a nice extra. The hosts were very kind. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the center, along the pretty Plebanka street. We’ll definitely return. Highly recommend!

I’d arranged by phone to stay from Friday evening until Sunday evening, but on Sunday at 11 a.m. the owner told me to leave the room. He said we hadn’t agreed to anything and that he had guests, then gave me two minutes to decide. There were no guests, and instead the police were called. He charged me another 40 złoty so I could stay until evening. The place is poor: no kitchen or radio, and the gym doesn’t work. I think the room is worth maybe 30 złoty per person. Beware of thieves. Record your conversations with him or the signing of the contract.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the owner is incredibly kind. It’s a little walk to the market square, but that’s no problem if you like walking.
