Hotel Arkadia

The check-in arrangement was the worst part. You have to check in at the station, where the woman at the entrance opened the booking book but didn’t know the room rate or give basic details like the floor. We had to ask about parking ourselves, and she came across as rude and unprofessional. The room itself was adequate, but the toiletries basket still had rubbish from previous guests, the shower wouldn’t close properly, and most of the TV remote buttons didn’t work. The room had also been set up for two, even though we’d booked for three. After our long journey, sorting out the extra accommodation was a hassle. A very helpful staff member quickly fixed that, organized everything, carried our suitcases up, and was exceptionally polite. His help really saved the experience, especially after the poor check-in. I’d call the stay average. It was okay for a night, but nowhere near a three-star standard, more like a gas station inn. The service, check-in, and attention to detail in the rooms all need work.

Justyna and Ewelina were really friendly, and the food was delicious. My room was clean and nice too. I had a fantastic stay at Arkadia Hotel, and the price was great. Highly recommend it.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were great, so I was really happy with Arkadia Hotel. I stayed warm too, thanks to the radiator man. Warm regards to him! Let's enjoy the little things 😘💪🔥

The room meant for my arrival was already occupied by someone else, which makes it seem like scheduling is an abstract concept here. Check-in happens at a gas station, apparently because having a reception is too extravagant. The hotel’s location also seems to exist only in theory. The staff, especially the manager, welcomed me with arrogance, rudeness, and a hint of contempt. If you want confusion and frustration, and to feel like an intruder in a place supposedly meant for guests, this is the place.
