Hotel Binkowski

I was there on July 7 and 8. It’s a large, clean, nice hotel, and everyone was very respectful. The food, including breakfast, was tasty. I recommend the beer; I added a photo.

There are forest walking trails right from the hotel, plus bike hire and a good gym and fitness spa. We were there for business and the location worked fine, though I’d have preferred somewhere quieter. This really feels like a Disney hotel, which might suit you, but for a full time business traveller like me it was a lot. Since it’s a spa and waterpark, expect plenty of families during the holidays, and lots of people in bathrobes. If that bothers you, this probably isn’t the place for you. It may be the best hotel in Kielce, but getting the quality I wanted would have cost more in this town.

We couldn’t get into our room because the receptionist had set up our cards incorrectly. I’d asked about parking, but she didn’t mention that the spaces in front of the hotel were paid. Having to pay for parking the next day was an unpleasant surprise.

The roof pool and restaurant are adults only, with a phenomenal view. The cocktails at the roof bar are okay. Downstairs, the tropical pool is nice but gets busy on weekends. The complimentary earplugs were a funny extra, though we didn’t have any noise complaints. My wife used them to block out my snoring. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is extensive and good, while the dinner buffet is quite okay for a buffet. We also liked the à la carte restaurant, especially the excellent zurek soup.
