The room was clean, but it was really cold, and the old door lock barely worked. Bath water never got hot enough either. I also don't understand why the two caged parrots are kept in a dark spot in the lobby. They need sunlight. It feels so disrespectful to the animals.

Breakfast was good, though there was no fish or vegetables. The place is clean and nicely furnished, which is why I'd give it three stars. But the walls don't block sound, so you can hear conversations from other rooms. The bathroom is so dim you need owl eyes to see your face while shaving.

The rooms could use an update. That old radio built into the bedside table really makes it feel like we're back in the 90s.

It's a big hotel with friendly, welcoming staff. The rooms are simple, and breakfast was nice, with lots of different foods.
