10/10
Getting to the hotel from Poznan by public transport took about 25 minutes, and from check-in to check-out the staff looked after us really well. The receptionists and the breakfast lady were especially caring and professional, always ready to lend a hand. Our double-room bed was very comfortable, and the sauna was the hottest I’ve ever tried. It definitely does the job. Breakfast was fresh and generous, with something for every taste, sweet or savory. There was even a pre Xmas selection of traditional Polish appetizers. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The room was worn out, though the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was basic, and a lot of the portions were spoiled by onion. There were cereals, but no bowl or milk. The orange juice had run out, and the coffee machine had stopped working. Not worth the price.

The courts were really good, and the sauna was nice. Breakfast was nice too, though the rooms were only OK-ish. Ours was quiet but far too hot. We had a jacuzzi, but it took forever to fill, and by then the water had cooled and wasn’t hot enough.

The rooms are great, and the staff are friendly, but most of them can’t understand English, which is a shame. The food quality could also be better.
