The spa is no sure thing, and our weekend was ruined. It’s hard to say it was even working. Our room looked nothing like the photos, and the place was dirty and run-down. The owner and management were rude. It feels stuck in the 90s. We won’t come back and can’t recommend visiting.

Stay away from this place. The owner was dishonest, rude, and horrible to deal with. My son and his wife had their wedding here, and the final price was twice what they’d been quoted. He then refused to give them the photo album.

Everything was 10/10, from the staff to the service. I’d strongly recommend it!

The panorama is lovely, and it’s a calm, pretty spot with one of the best views of the Tatra mountains.
