Pokoje Gold Centrum

I paid for a reservation for three people, but the property still refused to let me stay. The lady told me on the phone she'd emailed instructions for check-in and key collection, which was a blatant lie. She shouted, cursed and insulted me during the call. After nearly three hours outside, speaking with locals, I learned she was known throughout Koszalin for this kind of fraud. I've reported it to the police. Beware and avoid this place. Scam. Karma will come back sooner or later.

The room was awful, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone for the price. Bedding and towels were stained and unwashed, and the walls were filthy. The pan was so dirty there was no Teflon left, the kettle had limescale, and there was a hole in the bathroom door. Noise and the smell of burnt oil came up from the restaurant below. Maybe I was just given such a crappy room.

After driving nearly 800km for accommodation booked on a specific date, I couldn't get the lady to answer her phone. Then an employee told me there was no reservation. It's a joke. I don't recommend it. Avoid at all costs.

The rooms were modern and clean, and getting in was quick because communication with the owner went smoothly and we received the keys much faster. I highly recommend staying here.
