The location is a big plus, right next to the castle and within walking distance of most places. Our room was spacious and clean, the staff were very responsive, and we had a fantastic stay. I'd recommend it for a visit to Krakow.

It's an economical, not bad option in Krakow. Just be aware that our third-floor room wasn't as nice as the website photos, and the long staircase with no elevator was a bit inconvenient.
The location was the highlight for me. It's one block from Wawel Castle, about a 10 minute walk to Main Square and a 5 - 10 minute walk from Plac Nowy (zapiekanka square). The street is a quiet dead end, with very limited paid parking if you're lucky enough to find a space. The room and bathroom were very clean, the water pressure was great, and the bed was decent enough for a good night's sleep. But the room was very small, with the bathroom only 2 feet from the bed, so you get all the sounds and aromas if you're traveling with someone. There was no kitchen or refrigerator. The TV didn't work, and nobody responded to the contact details I'd been given. Communication was terrible, there was no front desk or central area to speak with anyone, and daily cleaning seems to need to be requested. The skylight shade had a tear, so we left it alone. The pictures on hotels.com were deceiving, starting with photos of the actual entrance hallway. There is NO elevator, and we were on the 3rd floor, so be ready for the stairs. If you don't mind hauling luggage up stairs and staying in a small room without a fridge, the location and price may still appeal. We won't stay here again.
The room itself was amazing, with comfortable beds, lovely interior, and complimentary coffee and tea. It was also very clean, and the Deluxe room had a lovely little covered patio where you could sit. But customer service was lacking. I tried several times to contact the manager or owner about the TV, which didn't work, and got no reply. I also asked about a later checkout and luggage storage, with the same result. After checkout, I emailed to say this lack of response wasn't acceptable, but they still didn't reply or address my criticism. I found that kind of customer service unacceptable.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and finished to a really high standard. Before we arrived, communication from the hotel was great, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. We've had a fantastic stay and will definitely come back on our next trip to Krakow Poland. I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could!
